Terms & Conditions

Registering and paying for the training indicates your full agreement with the following terms:
Full payment must be received at least a week before start of the training.

A project is not required for the Yellow Belt. The Yellow Belt training must be completed before starting the Green Belt training. Green Belt and black belt certification requires the completion of a project or passing an exam. The Green Belt training must be completed before starting the Black Belt class. Candidates must complete all the requirements for certification within 6 months from the date of registering in the class. Cancellation Policy: Your money will be refunded to you only if we cancel the class. You may send a substitute attendee to the selected training on the date, location, and travel that you have selected. Where possible, we will try to accommodate rescheduling of class attendance to a later date but we DO NOT make any such guarantee.

We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule a class if we don’t have at least four people registered in that class. If this happens, you will be notified within 2 business days of the course cancellation. We will provide full refunds for class registration fees for any cancelled course; however, we cannot be responsible for travel deposits or any other expenses incurred by the registrant.

Referrals and future lean six sigma training and consulting services from the instructor of the class that you registered for or any of his associates have to be handled and arranged through TheSixSigmaWay, LLC.
