Lean Training

Lean” is short for “Lean Manufacturing” or “Lean Production”: A process management philosophy developed by the Toyota Production System (TPS) in the 1990s. The process involves identifying eight wastes that add no customer value and eliminating those wastes. Toyota became the largest car manufacturer in 2007. Due to their success, many other companies have deployed Lean and seen great results. Other “Kaizen.”
